Transport 2030

According to research from the 1point5 Project, New Zealand must drastically decarbonise its road and rail transport by 2030 to avert catastrophic climate change. Inspired by this research and wanting to promote its message, we developed the public visualisation Transport 2030.

Using this tool, which focuses on Auckland, New Zealand most populous region, you can explore how specific changes to the region's transport network affect its carbon emissions in 2030.
